Yes. The Malarkey Pro Warranty can be transferred to a new owner, which makes it a genuine selling point when you list your home. We can help you with the transfer paperwork.
What happens when I need to renew my Roof Maxx warranty?
We’ll reach out as your five-year mark approaches. A renewal treatment restarts your warranty for another five years. You can do this up to three times for a total of 15 years of coverage.
Does the workmanship warranty cover storm damage?
No. Workmanship warranties cover issues caused by how the work was done, not acts of nature. Storm damage would be a separate conversation and may involve your homeowner’s insurance.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Just call or email us. We don’t route warranty issues through a third-party process. You reach a real person, describe the issue, and we figure out next steps together.
